"Horrible company to deal with. State Farm Insurance is not “Like a good neighbor, State Farm is not there.” Gina Lopez is inept at her job and my homeowners policy and my auto policy is always incorrect and they withdraw the incorrect amount from my bank account each month. They refuse to make changes. My policy for my condo says year built 1993 and it was built in 1981. Gina will not change it. It’s also under insured by over $90k as state by a AAA Insurance broker. My auto insurance is always wrong and they had the yearly mileage on one of my vehicles at 68,000 miles per year when it was supposed to be two thousand!! This is ridiculous and I’m going to the Insurance commissioner on Monday."
