"I was with State Farm for about 26 years straight. Never had any issues. I got a new travel trailer which they used to cover, and called for coverage and they said they no longer cover travel trailers. So I started looking for new insurance. Found coverage and called to cancel State Farm. I told them since they can't cover all my vehicles I was changing companies. After the lady tried to get me to stay and I informed her I had already got new insurance she was mad and hung up on me after cancelling. Months went by and I got mail from state farm showing they were still taking $10 a month for Hospital stay coverage. I called and told them I cancelled everything and why am I still being charged for the hospital stay? They said they would cancel it for me. Months went by and I get another notice... they are still charging me $10 a month I call again and tell them to cancel everything! I don't want anything from State Farm. I call a 3rd time, Cancel my hospital stay! Now a year has gone by I realize they still didn't cancel it. So I call for a 4th time, Now they have got me for an extra $120 throughout the year. I tell them to cancel again and I want a refund for all the money they took through the year. They say they can't do that. Well they finally cancelled the hospital stay after over a year of dealing with them and they refunded me $5 for half of this June 2026. I would not recommend these people anymore. They owe me $120."
